Impact of ENSO on variability of AIRS retrieved CO2 over India

Anomalous distribution of AIRS CO₂ during ENSO events over India.
Positive (negative) correlations between NINO indices and CO₂ during JJAS (OND).
Increasing SSTs over NINO4 and NINO3.4 correspond to increasing CO₂ over India.
Clear dominance of SSTs over NINO region on the variability of CO₂ over India.
